Inology achieves Microsoft Solutions Partner designation for Modern Work

We're chuffed to share that Inology has been awarded Microsoft Solutions Partner status for Modern Work. The designation is Microsoft's top-tier partner level, replacing the older Gold/Silver competency framework.

To qualify, partners need to demonstrate certified expertise, customer success metrics, and consistent deployment volume across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and modern endpoint management.

What this means for clients

In practical terms — nothing changes day-to-day. You still get the same team, the same tickets, the same Brett-on-the-end-of-the-phone. What it does mean is access to deeper Microsoft technical resources, faster escalation paths, and earlier visibility into roadmap features for our clients.

It also means we keep being audited against a high bar. Which is the point.
