User Support + Device Care for £55/user/month, Cyber Essentials and 24/7 SOC layered on top, server cover at £95/month if you need it. Travel inside Greater Manchester is included. We don't have a "premium postcode" tier — that's just what city-centre MSPs charge for the lift.
Outside the standard area
What if we're not in your town?
We support clients in Cheshire (Macclesfield, Knutsford), parts of Lancashire (Bury, Rochdale) and occasional Yorkshire firms — usually because they were referred by an existing client. We cover further-afield postcodes case-by-case, with travel quoted separately rather than baked in.
If you're outside the core Greater Manchester patch, the model is the same on the IT side, the difference is on-site response — we'll be honest about whether a remote-first arrangement makes sense or whether you'd be better served by a more local MSP. Either way the call is free.
Honesty box
If you're more than an hour from Denton off-peak, we'd rather tell you than overpromise. Some MSPs will take your fee and quietly deprioritise on-site visits — we won't.
